- 1. Art can cultivate one’s aesthetic judgement. If local governments invest some money to art projects, such as museums and galleries, local residents will have opportunities to access and appreciate the masterpiece displayed there. Over time, some residents may develop an interest in art and become a designer or painter in the future, thereby benefiting the society at large once again.
- 2. Art projects provide the common people with colorful pastime. Without the museums and galleries, local dwellers might have limited options in their holidays. Wandering around in some natural museums or galleries could be a perfect way for them to unwind.
- Should not:
