截至目前，2016年雅思A类大作文已经出现的话题类别有教育类、犯罪类和文化传媒类，内容都是去年的高频话题，最热门的教育类已经出现两次，需防范去年其它几类尚未出现的高频话题，往年大热门科技类很可能继续被雪藏；虽然有些题的问法变得更新颖，但是换汤不换药，整体上没有出现意外的题型，依然是讨论题和观点题交替出现；小作文上今年表格题的连续出现则是非常少见的现象；按照往年的出题规律推断，烤鸭们在1月30号最要警惕的话题和题型类别分别是：
