The dialogue is about a mandarin speaking man’s inquiries about a course in TAFE.
Staff: Hello. How are you? How can I help you today?
Mr.: 你好。我想了解一下关于理疗文凭课程的信息。你可以给我介绍一下入学要求吗？

Staff：Certainly. All applicants must be required to complete high school and pass the basic literacy and numeracy test.
Mr.: 我是2017年读完中学的。但那是在我的国家，不是在澳大利亚。那会有问题吗？
Staff：That will be fine. You just need to meet the language tests recognized by our organization if you complete your high school in a non-English speaking country. Have you ever passed any language test?
Mr.: 我从来没有参加过考试。我都是在家自学的。我可以在这里参加考试吗？我需要付费吗？

Staff：Tuition fee does apply to this course. But if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you could ask the government’s education department to pay for you.
Mr.: 你的意思是政府会为我付钱？那我需要把这笔钱还给政府吗？
Staff: Yes, the government will pay for you. And you can reimburse the money when you start to work and earn some salaries.
Reimburse: formal, pay back to sb (money that he has spent, lost, etc); refund sth 补偿某人（花费﹑ 损失等的钱）; 偿还某物: I was reimbursed in full. 我已得到全部补偿. * All expenses will be reimbursed (to you). 一切费用都能（给你）报销. * We will reimburse the customer for any loss or damage. 我们愿赔偿顾客受到的一切损失和损害.
Mr.: 那太好了。看来我还有很多准备工作要做。我会尽可能在截止日期之前提交申请。
