大卫，早上好。我今天来是为了和你讨论关于我工作内容改变的事。

Yes, its been 3 months since you move to Australia. How do you enjoy your work (so far)?

谢谢，我很喜欢我的工作。但是我观察到学校里的一些孩子无法应付学校课程，我想要开展一个课后功课小组的项目来帮助这些孩子。

That’s a good idea, what do you suggest we should do? Do you have any expericen in this area?

我在上一份工作里有着5年领导课后功课小组的经验。我很喜欢，那对孩子的影响很大。

(…). What’s our first step?

我会和家长以及社区领导会面。如果我们能成功召开一次会议，我想我们会找到足够的社工来做（服务）这个项目的。

Excellent. (…). Can we do this winthin 4 weeks?

(是的). 我肯定我能应付得了这个项目带来的额外工作。

If the program runs successfully, we might consider expand it in the furture. (we could consider future expantion for the program).

This dialouge is between a sales assistance and a mandarin speaking woman who wants to replace a faulty product.

Hello, good morning. How can i help you today?

你好，我几天前在你们店里购买了这个产品。我回家打开电源想要煮一些东西的时候它一点反应也没有。

You did the right thing coming to the store. Let me take a look and see if we can find out what’s wrong. Do you have the receipt?

有的，发票在包里。我不知道怎么使用它，请你帮帮我。

No problem, let me plug it into the power on the counter and try it out, hopefully we can find out what’s wrong with it.

你看，打开开关的时候一点反应也没有。我在家里的时候也是这样，说明书一点用也没有。

Hmm, it dose seem like faulty, and its probably electrical (an electrical one). You have two optioins — I can give you a replacement with the same product or i can provide you a refund.

替换的话需要用同一个牌子的产品吗？可不可以是别的品牌的？我担心如果用同样的牌子替换，会有同样的问题出现

We can give you a replacement of the same product with a different brand. If it is more expensive, you just have to pay the extra. If it is cheaper, we can refund you with the difference or we can give you store credit.

那我还是选择替换吧，因为我还是需要这个产品的。我看到那边有另一个牌子的产品，它更便宜，（我能用它来替换吗）。

(Sure). If you can bring the box from the shelf there to me, I can check out the price and we can work out the payment.
