Well the Food and Drug administration actually in fact are looking at these devices to consider whether or not to regulate them, whether it falls the Food and Drug administration’s purview depends on whether or not they are classified as medical devices. That’s why the company that you were noticing earlier with the slide focus. They’re sort of trying to understand the radar by claiming that they are for gaming purpose rather than for enhancement purposes. And if their gaming purposes, they’re not a medical device because they are not intended for the use of diagnosis or treatment for the disease. Once after years of head that’s a shame game, that isn’t gonna work with us, that’s not actually medical device. You can fall within their purview and that would be part of what they actually regulate.
