Well, the thing to bear in mind is in quantum teleportation, it’s not literally that the initial object travels from initial location and winds up at the distance location. Instead what actually happens is the information describing in this object is extracted from the object and the information is sent to the distant location where the news to recreate the object. Now the information describing a single particle that’s a tractable amount of information. The information describing you and me well, that’s a huge amount of information and that information is hard to imagine how we could ever extract that amount of information send over here and make use of it to recreate a person. So that’s the barrier, so I think it’s pretty far away that we ever be able to teleport a person, but the idea in principle allows for that to happen.
