What I’m going to do today is to talk a little about two things. To talk about two shifts. The first shift is a shift in the Bureau as a result of September 11th and some of the transformation that had to take place as a result of September 11th, and then we’re going to talk a little bit about cyber, because there’s two shifts. One has occurred since September 11th. The next shift is going to be what do we do in response to the threat of cyber intrusions and cyber warfare. And then afterwards I’d be happy to answer any questions, and as I tell people, I don’t want you, you know, I want questions. I don’t want to have dead silence when I say at the end, “are there any questions?” One of the issues I had in talking to my people from the FBI was I’d go and I’d say the same thing to them; I’m going to give some remarks, and at the end I’d like some questions. And there would be dead silence, and I’d wonder why for a period of time, and finally I found out that, because anybody that joins the FBI signs a piece of paper that says they agree to be sent any place the Director of the FBI wants to send them in the world. Most the people sit there silently not wanting to ask a question that I did not like and be sent to someplace like Yemen. But, I have no control over any of you. So ask whatever questions you will and I will answer some, probably duck others; that’s another thing you learn in Washington.
