In many countries, students pay for their own college and tuition fees, while sometimes government pays. Do the advantages for government paying outweigh disadvantages?
好处：
1.provides everyone with a fair opportunity to receive education
2.It is a duty for government to use taxpayers’ money to do the general public some good.
坏处：
1. ineffective and low-quality education
2. other urgent priorities
