A is just as…as B
A 和B 恰好一样…
A is (nearly/almost) as… as B
A 和B几乎一样…
A is not quite as… as B
A没有B那么…(差距不大)
A is not nearly as…as… B
A 远没有B那么…(差距很大)
not as/so+ 单音节词或多音节词 as…
less +多音节词+ than
- 两者比较，三者最高
- 规则变化：
- 1.直接加er，est。
- （hard→ harder→ hardest; young, old)
- 2.以哑e 结尾的词加-r或-st。
- （nice→ nicer→ nicest
3.以辅音+y结尾的词，把y变i再加er或est（busy→ busier→ busiest;
- ugly, happy, easy…）
- 4.辅元辅结尾的词，双写最后一个字母加er或est。
- (big, hot, fat, thin…)
- big—bigger—the biggest
- hot—hotter—the hottest
- fat—fatter—the fattest
- thin—thinner—the thinnest
5.三音节及其以上，加more 或most形成比较级或最高级.
beautiful—more beautiful—the most beautiful
interesting—more interesting—the most interesting
important—more important—the most important
- 2.不规则变化
- good/well → better → best
- bad/ill→ worse → worst
- many/much → more →most
- little→ less → least
